Goatsbridge
Mayonnaising

Packaging for a trio of delicious flavoured mayonnaises.

‘Mayonnaising’ is the brain child of Margaret (Mag) Kirwan, the woman at the helm of Goatsbridge Trout Farm. The venture started out when Mag came across Kilkenny based wasabi growers Beotanics. It occurred to her that a wasabi mayonnaise would be a great accompaniment to her trout products, and even better that the wasabi is Irish, the perfect pairing of home grown Irish food.

ENTHUSIASM IN A JAR

We have worked with Mag for almost a decade on various projects for Goatsbridge, and we can say with absolute certainty that there is no one on this planet more enthusiastic than Mag with a new idea. For her, the prospect of working with an Irish wasabi grower was irresistible.

We wanted to capture this energy in the packaging design. We came up with the name ‘Mayonnaising’ and rendered it at scale on pack. The letters that make up ‘mayo’ fill the front of pack and are foiled for added impact.

Colour that pops off shelf.

We have always used vibrant colours in the Goatsbridge brand, and the same is true of the mayonnaise packaging. Colours used reflect the mayo flavours.
