Brand strategy & identity, tone of voice, marketing communications, exhibition design, signage and website design for the customer support division of leading aerospace corporation

We were engaged by Bombardier to design a brand identity and communications collateral for their Customer Support division in Belfast. The Customer Support division are responsible for the maintenance and repair of all products produced locally and it was our job to create a communication strategy which conveyed the complete range of services offered by the division. In order to convey this effectively we rebranded the division as their name was long and confusing. The division became ‘Bombardier Customer Services’ and the clarification was further strengthened through our design of a company website where clear communications and wording were used to provide a resource within the industry offering downloads and reference points. The launch of the new brand was supported with the design of an exhibition stand, pocket sized pamphlet and brochure which explained the company and the offer.
