A new fast casual brand from Eddie Rocket’s.
We were delighted to be engaged by Eddie Rocket’s to design a brand for their new fast casual offer. We were briefed that the new brand should clearly be a part of the Eddie Rocket’s family of brands but should also stand alone as a younger, cooler brand with a more portable food offer. We examined the Eddie Rocket’s brand, an Irish institution, to see what elements we should bring forward into the new brand. It struck us that an important part of the Eddie Rocket’s brand was the tone of voice and that we could create a more modern brand identity whilst developing a cheeky, quirky tone of voice for Rocket’s which would set them apart but also retain a synergy with the Eddie Rocket’s brand.
Over the last few months we’ve worked on the identity, tone of voice, packaging, signage, uniforms, website and photography art direction for the new brand. It launched at their first unit in the IFSC and was quickly followed with a second unit in Jervis Street.
